Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LiftMate. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before making a purchase or booking a pass on our platform.
1. Booking Cancellations & Refunds
- Single Pass Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled gym slot are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable.
- Membership/Trainer Subscriptions: Subscriptions booked through LiftMate can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been availed or checked-in. After 48 hours, subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Token Packages
Purchase of token bundles (used for booking gym sessions and amenities within the LiftMate App) is final and non-refundable. Tokens do not expire and will remain in your user profile balance.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to liftmateteam@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Booking/Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
